Directional Cubic Convolution Interpolation

Note: This filter re-implements the scaling algorithm described at :

The algorithm is intended for enlarging images while avoiding

artifacts, e.g. staircase artifacts.

Threshold controls edge[lower] to texture[higher] balance.

Exponent controls texture edge sharpness[higher].

Warning: highly experimental…
